A property that is difficult to rent out to office tenants may be the perfect property for us. We don’t want open-plan offices, we prefer many smaller rooms instead.

An older building with a lot of charm can be difficult to make full use of with its odd room solutions and often wide corridors. We see it as a fantastic challenge that ultimately creates character and a unique facility.
