In order to create a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these rules of conduct during your stay:

Respectful Behavior:

We value mutual respect and expect all guests and staff to treat each other with kindness and consideration. Unlawful discrimination, disruptive behaviour or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

The room as your home:

We hope you see your room as your temporary home. Please take care of it as you would with your own accommodation. Feel free to use the facilities provided and report any problems immediately to the front desk.

Noise:

To ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay, we ask that you be aware of the noise level in both your room and the common areas. Keep the volume down on TV, music, and conversations, especially during evenings and nights.

Common areas:

The common areas are for everyone’s enjoyment. Please clean up after yourself when using the kitchen, lounge or other shared areas. Keep them neat and welcoming to everyone.

Smoke-free environment:

Our hotels are completely non-smoking. Please only smoke in designated areas outdoors and use the ashtrays to dispose of the cigarette butts.

Guests and visitors:

If you wish to receive visitors, please notify the reception in advance. Visitors must follow the same rules of conduct as our guests.

Security and Property:

Always lock your room when you leave it and feel free to use the safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Consideration for the environment:

We encourage our guests to be aware of their environmental impact. Please turn off lights, turn off electronics and air conditioning when you are not in the room.
