Cancellation policy

We hope these cancellation policies give you a clear understanding of the way we handle cancellations for different audiences. Our aim is always to offer a positive and rewarding stay for all our guests, regardless of their changed plans.

Individuals

We welcome private individuals to enjoy our comfortable living environment. If you need to make a cancellation, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in date for shorter bookings and at least 7 days in advance for weekly or monthly bookings.

In case of cancellation within these time frames, no fee will be charged. In case of later cancellation, a one-night fee will be applied for shorter bookings, while a one-week fee will apply for weekly or monthly bookings.

Groups

We look forward to welcoming groups to our apartment hotels. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, please let us know of any cancellation at least 14 days in advance.

Cancellations made 7-14 days before will result in a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation per booked apartment.

Cancellations 7 days before booking and closer to the booking will be charged 100% for the entire booking.

We understand that plans are subject to change and we do our best to be flexible and fair in our cancellation policy.

A group is a booking with more than 3 apartments.

Enterprise

We value the needs of the company and understand work-related changes. If a cancellation is necessary, please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in for shorter bookings and at least 7 days in advance for weekly or monthly bookings.
